This user research workshop will help you learn how to start doing great UX research in your company. We'll cover the basics of conducting UX research, will focus on how to conduct usability testing or user interviews studies and practice it so you could better understand your customers. I will provide you with a mixture of formal documents, templates and real examples from my experience as a researcher
Complete UX Research Workshop
In this complete workshop you and your team will learn all you need to know on how to conduct in-depth UX research to find out why people do what they do and what they would like to be able to do. This workshop which covers some basics about user experience research methods and then diving deep on user interviews and usability testing. From planning the study, through running the study and get actionable results. The workshop also includes complete research projects cexercises for your team to practice techniques.
